In April, four of our mentees shadowed Dr. Fang on providing daily assistance at Queen Mary Hospital, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology. Shadowing a doctor was certainly a great way for our mentees to find out if a career in medicine might be right for them and gave them a realistic understanding and tangible sense of what a doctor’s typical day is like. We would like to express our deep gratitude to Dr. Fang for offering our mentees the job shadowing programme which definitely enriched their knowledge and experience in medical field!
