The 5th cohort has officially started on 28 Dec 2020. It was very special because the event was held online due to the current pandemic situation. Although mentees and mentors could not meet one another in a face-to-face format, they still had a wonderful afternoon together. The Committee members and the staff from YMCA of HK have made a “Boundless” neon sign. When the neon light was turned on, a blue butterfly hologram, which represented the Boundless logo, would then be shown. We would like to convey the message that Boundless’s spirit could break the borders and connect everyone. We have asked mentees to type their goals in the chat box, and we compiled them into a butterfly-shaped word cloud. Being confident and making new friends were the top 2 goals among all. After the ceremony, all participants played games hosted by the Committee members, marking the end of the event.
